ooooooh, plums right off the tree? I'm jealous. We have a berry tree in the backyard, but we have to fight the skunks for the fruit.

We've had pears off of two trees- more than we know what to do with. Nolan eats them, we eat them, we freeze them and pass them off to visitors (last year I gave some to the garbage men). Recipes with backyard fruit always taste better!
